✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • For six weeks, we gather in real time to walk the spiral together. After that, you’re free to continue the journey in your own time, at your own pace.

  • I ask that you honour these six weeks as a commitment to yourself, and to the circle we’ll be holding together. If you need to miss a session, you’ll still have access to all the materials and integration practices to stay connected with the journey.

  • Once a week for 6 weeks on a Wednesday evening from 7-9PM, beginning on 21st May and ending on 25th June 2025.

  • We’ll meet in person each week in Nether Stowey. While the core teachings come alive through embodied practice and shared experience, you’ll also receive take-home materials to support your integration in your own time.

  • As much or as little as you want. You can dance the spiral at your own pace.
Each week, you’ll be offered optional practices, reflections, or readings to deepen the journey—but how you engage with them is entirely up to you..

  • Because this course is rooted in deep, relational work, it’s important that we begin together and move as one. For that reason, it’s not possible to join after the course has started.

  • Safety and regulation are at the heart of this course. To honour the depth of this work, we ask that anything shared within the group remains confidential. This is how we create a space of trust, care, and mutual respect.
